Pleasant Hill Inn

Efficient staff throughout.

This is a good basic fairly clean hotel providing decent sized rooms. The breakfast is complimentary, the staff are exceptionally nice. The setting is good, close enough to Pleasant Hill and coffee shop and restaurants and businesses, really quiet area.

There were ants crowling all over the room. I would never stay there if I knew.

We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with hot shower and the TV and WiFi and it was available.

The room was clean and neat and everything worked. It was a very convenient location for us. It seems they are working hard to keep the place up. I would stay there again.

The breakfast was minimal.

The phone next to the bed did not work. Maid service was non existent. I was there 3 nights and no one ever cleaned the room. I think the cleaning crew stats at 4pm in the afternoon The Breakfast room was dirty and limited choices

The room and breakfast room were very clean. The proprietor was quick about finding out why our tv remote wouldn't work.

The only complaint - and I didn't report this to the hotel - is that after the 2nd night of a a 3-night stay our room didn't get cleaned or freshened up. Perhaps this was an oversight by the staff?

The reason for my stay was to enjoy a quick family getaway. I loved that the room had a fridge and microwave. The comfortable bed and the nice amenities like shampoo and conditioner were a plus. Despite being close to the highway, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions.

The family-run hotel offered a clean room with fridge and microwave. A comfy bed. The staff could be a bit brusque, and the shower situation was somewhat inconvenient. It represented good value for the price in the area, especially for anyone who doesn't need luxury.

It was close to restaurants and shopping; close to the office.

The room was small and had no table lamps, just ceiling lights.

The area is nice.

Lobby smelled like food cooking. The room was in desparate need of renovation. I checked the mattress to make sure there weren't bed bugs, luckily there weren"t. Bed was uncomfortable. Decor was very dated. If I were paying for the room, I would not have even considered it.

The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for a budget option, ideal for those visiting nearby family. Customer service was excellent, with the owner ensuring all needs were met, and the bathroom was notably clean. The outdated feel of the hotel left room for improvement, and there were better accommodations in the area for the price.
